Submission of Samples
All samples submitted must include a Sample Submission Form.  Please include: test methods, times and temperatures, or any other information necessary to complete testing. In order to avoid delays, please complete all sections of this form.
PACKAGING OF SAMPLES
Unbreakable containers are preferred when possible, but if glass containers are used (poly coated recommended) they should be shipped with adequate packaging  material.  Double packaging is best.  Lids should be firmly sealed and taped.  Samples should NOT be packaged in plastic bags.  Packages may be returned if integrity of sample is damaged during shipping.   Materials containing lead , chlorine or any other component restricted in the United States will be assessed additional disposal charges. Recommended sample quantities are made to reduce waste.  Excessively large samples will incur a $5.00 per kg handling and disposal fee. 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
In order to avoid additional charges, due to the need for a courier through customs, a carrier that will deliver directly to our lab should be used.  Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) should be included with samples as well as all required paperwork for international shipping. 
METHOD OF PAYMENT
A Method of Payment must accompany all samples submitted. 
Purchase Order Net 30 days.  You must include this information with your samples unless other arrangements have been made.  Purchase Orders are not accepted from companies outside the United States, except companies that have an established account.  Processing fees will be required for checks not from a U.S. Bank in U.S. Dollars
Credit Cards We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express.  Please submit card number, card holders name, phone number and expiration date with your samples. 
Wire Transfer If you choose to make a wire transfer you will be contacted with our bank information after your samples have arrived. You will be responsible for all bank fees.
